Jury Considers Charges Against Trooper

XENIA, Ohio (WKRC) -- Ohio Highway Patrol puts a trooper who's cruiser hit two people on a motorcycle, on administrative duty.

A Grand Jury in Greene County will consider whether 30 year old trooper Jacob Daymon should face charges.

The motorcyclists were wearing helmets and escaped serious injury in the crash last month on US 35 near Xenia.

The victims say they consider it an accident and they have no hard feelings against Daymon.

The trooper has no previous work crashes and a clean disciplinary record since joining the agency in 2007.
