Hunting Season Opens Up

OHIO (WKRC) -- Local hunters are stringing up their bows as Ohio's 3-month white tailed deer archery hunting season gets underway.

More than 200,000 bow hunters are expected to participate in the hunt that runs through February 2nd.

The statewide limit is 9 deer other than in controlled hunts authorized by the state.

Only 1 buck may be killed regardless of the county or hunting method.
