Woman Pleads Guilty to Child Endangering

CLERMONT COUNTY (WKRC) -- A Clermont County woman admits harming two children.

Alexsis Sexton pleaded guilty to three counts of child endangering for incidents involving Noah Philhower and Cadence Reynolds.

Detectives say Sexton broke Cadence's fingers and fractured Noah's skull while babysitting them last March.

Noah's mother, Tori Gans, has pleaded guilty to a charge for not seeking medical care for her son immediately.

Both Sexton and Gans will be sentenced next month.
