Cruiser Cam From Adam 'Pacman' Jones Citation
CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- Local 12 has obtained the videotape recording from the Ohio State Patrol stop that ended with a citation for a Bengal with a troubled past.
Adam "Pacman" Jones was a passenger, when his wife was stopped for speeding and failing to stay in her lane Monday morning on the Beechmont Levee. She was ultimately charged with OVI.
While troopers were investigating, they instructed Jones to stay inside the car. he got out anyway and in a profanity-laced conversation asked the trooper if he had a warrant.
Jones was wrong, the state police did not need a warrant. Jones also demanded to be taken anywhere his wife had to go.
The Bengals cornerback avoided a court appearance today by paying his fine for the minor misdemeanor charge.
The Bengals are not likely to take any action against Jones for this infraction.
Jones is still facing an assault charge from the summer. There is a hearing next week in a case where he is accused of slapping a woman at a downtown bar.
Jones' wife, Tishana Holmes, refused to take a breathalyzer test. Her license was automatically suspended. She does not yet have a court date.
