Michigan Football Player from Tri-State Arrested for OVI

OXFORD, Ohio (WKRC) -- A Michigan University football player was arrested in Oxford early Sunday morning.

Police say they pulled over A.J. Williams shortly after 2 a.m., after the officer said he saw Williams run a stop sign. Williams was charged with OVI, a stop sign violation and an underage drinking charge.

Williams is a sophomore at Michigan. He's started four games this season as a tight end and has played in 19 games. Williams went to Sycamore High School.
