CLEVELAND (Derek Drake) -- Cleveland Police are still searching for an 11-year-old boy who went missing from school Thursday.

Jeremy A. Lopez, 11, was last seen leaving Clark Elementary School with his father Nehemias Lopez. Nehemias is not the custodial guardian of Jeremy and did not "have permission" to take the child from school.

Jeremy is a 4-foot tall Hispanic male weighing 100 pounds. He is described as having black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a gray sweater with black sleeves.

Nehemias is a 43-year old Hispanic male, described as 5'4" and weighing 130 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark sweater and jeans.

Cleveland Police say Nehemias is not a citizen of the United States and is thought to be driving a dark blue four-door vehicle. Investigators believe he may be headed to Cincinnati.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of either Jeremy or Nehemias is asked to contact Cleveland Police at (216) 623-5200, or call your local law enforcement agency.
