Final Suspect in Murder to Go on Trial

BUTLER COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- The last person charged with murder in a deadly home invasion will is set to go on trial Tuesday.

Christia Frymire is charge with murder, aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery in the death of Julian Slaven. Slaven was shot to death in his home on Judy Drive in Fairfield in 2012.

A jury found Jerry Eacholes guilty Monday on all charges. He'll be sentenced on October 21.
Three others; Anthony Givens, Joseph Goodin and Misty Dawn Williams previously pleaded guilty.  A judge sentenced Givens and Williams were sentenced to 18 years to life. Goodin was sentenced to 21 years to life in prison.

Prosecutors believe the five set Slaven up for a robbery which went horribly wrong.
