Most Watched Polls Across America
CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- Nationally the most watched races are for Governor of New Jersey and the swing state of Virginia.
Tea Party Republican, Ken Cuccinelli, says Virginia's race for Governor is a referendum on President Obama's Affordable Care Act. The latest polls showed former Democratic National Committee Chairman, Terry Mcauliffe, with a single-digit lead. Mcauliffe calls Cuccinelli an "extremist" for supporting the government shutdown.
In New Jersey, Republican Governor Chris Christie is expected to win re-election in a landslide over Democrat Barbara Buono.
"I won't ever run for another office in New Jersey, I can guarantee that."
If Christie can get a large number of Democrats to vote for him, some say he would become the early frontrunner for the 2016 Republican Presidential nomination.
Change is guaranteed in the New York Mayor's office because Michael Bloomberg is stepping down after 12 years in office. Bill De Blasio is heavily favored to defeat Republican Joe Lowtuh Lhota and become the first Democrat elected Mayor of New York since 1989.
