Man Who Confessed to Murder and Keeping Body in Apartment Arraigned

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- A judge orders a man suspected of stabbing another man to death, then keeping his body in his apartment, held on $100,000 bond.

Gary Gross was arraigned on Tuesday for the murder in his Golf Manor apartment. The victim's name has not been released.

According to court papers, Gross and the victim argued on November 1, inside the Section Road Apartment. That's when Gross told police he grabbed a knife from the kitchen counter and stabbed the victim four times in the chest and back. Gross then sat on the couch and watched the man die. Gross covered the victim with sheets and kept his body inside for ten days until it was discovered Sunday. Neighbors had complained of a smell.

According to court documents, Gross confessed to police.
