Former Bengals Prison Sentence Reduced Two Years

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- A judge formally reduces the sentence of a former Cincinnati Bengals linebacker.

Nate Webster will have to serve ten years of his original 12-year prison sentence for having sex with the underage daughter of an assistant coach.

The Ohio First District Court of Appeals ruled prosecutors didn't prove one of four counts on which Webster was convicted. It found there was insufficient evidence to support the conviction of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor occurring in December 2009.
Webster is serving what is now a 10 year sentence. He's scheduled for release in 2022.
