Adams County Humane Society Ice Cream Social, Concert & Bake Sale

The Humane Society will be hosting an old-fashioned Ice Cream Social at the New Animal Shelter on Friday, July 12, 2013, from 6:00pm until 8:00pm.  Home-made baked goods will be available for purchase, as well as bowls of ice cream with lots of toppings to choose from.  Live music as well. All money raised will be used to purchase equipment and supplies for the care of homeless cat, dogs, puppies, and kittens in our community.

3rd Annual Panties Across the Bridge- Health, Wellness & Fitness Expo

The Jaymie Jamison Foundation for Hope is raising awareness for gynecological cancer through annual Panties Across the Bridge. Thousands of panties will be hung on July 13th across the Purple People Bridge to represent a life lost each year to a gynecological cancer. From 12-4pm will be a health and wellness expo. Beginning from 4-dark will be live music from groups like Gypsy Rose. Decorate a pair and come hang them on the bridge!!.
