Prosecutors Says No Evidence Of Abduction Attempt At Park

The Warren County Prosecutor says there is no evidence a Texas truck driver, arrested at King's Island last month, intended to abduct a child.

A Warren County Grand Jury today indicted 38-year-old Rodney Grisham on charges of having weapons he was not supposed to possess because he's a convicted felon and drug possession.

Police arrested Grisham July 2nd at the park after receiving a call about a suspicious person.

Prosecutor David Fornshell says police found weapons in Grisham's truck along with a medication for which he did not have a prescription.

Fornshell says, however, Grisham's encounter with youngsters at the park appear to have been completely innocent.

Officers do not believe he intended to abduct any children.
