CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- Short Vine used to be a destination for entertainment.
Then decades of decline left it full of blight.

On the retail side, 5/3 bank has moved in. Taste of Belgium is set to open in a couple of weeks. Other stores are currently in negotiations.
The developers' goals don't stop there.
Developers are breaking ground on the next new project in a few weeks and by the summer of 2015, theyll have added more than 1000 residences to Short Vine.
