No Charges for Firefighter in Survivor's Death

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (WKRC) -- A west coast airliner crash in July resulted in several fatalities, one of the deaths taking place after the initial impact.

Friday, a prosecutor decides if the person who caused it should be prosecuted.

A San Francisco prosecutor says a firefighter will not be charged after running over and killing a survivor of the Asiana Airlines crash back in July.

A 16 year-old Chinese national was lying on the runway after the crash.  Investigators say she was concealed by a firefighting foam.  A truck responding to the scene ran her over because the driver could not see her.  Two of her classmates died in the crash, which left dozens of other people injured.
