Students Arrested for Making 'Terroristic Threats'

HAMILTON, Ohio (WKRC) -- Two female high school students ages 14 and 15 have been arrested for making "terroristic threats."

Butler County Sheriff, Richard K. Jones, sent a press release Monday afternoon reporting two New Miami High School females posted threats on social media networks.

Information describing a dislike with the school and referencing a shooting spree was seen by a teacher who alerted school administrators of the possible threat.

Investigators spoke with the girls and a search was conducted at the school.  No weapons were found.

Both were charged as juveniles with delinquency by reason of inducing panic and delinquency by reason of making terroristic threats.
