Woman Testifies in Adam 'Pacman' Jones Trial

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- The judge in the Adam 'Pacman' Jones trial saw the video of the incident that ended with the Bengals player's arrest. That followed testimony from the woman he hit.

Shannon Wesley took the stand Tuesday, but not before the judge told her anything she said could be used against her. The judge said he had seen the video and that she made the first move.

The confrontation took place outside a downtown bar back in June. Video shows the two arguing. Wesley testified they she poured a beer on Jones in an effort to end the confrontation. Jones says she hit him with a beer bottle and that he hit her in self-defense.

Wesley says she didn't know who Jones was, she thought he was a street person. She says the punch to the forehead was painful and that she had headaches for days.

Local 12's Larry Davis is in the courtroom. He'll have more testimony live at 5:30.
