Federal Budget Agreement Reached

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WKRC) -- Negotiators on Capitol Hill have reached an agreement on the federal budget for the first time in two years.

The agreement, if passed, would keep automatic spending cuts from taking effect next month.

The agreement requires federal workers to contribute more to their pensions as well as increases premiums on companies whose pension plans are insured by the federal government.
