Parents Face Child Endangerment Charges

HAMILTON, Ohio (WKRC) -- A couple whose toddler daughter was found wandering alone in an alley appear in court Monday.

Nicholas and Elizabeth Latta are each charged with five counts of child endangering.  They were released from jail on their own recognizance.

The little girl, just shy of 2-years-old, was found last week wearing wet pajamas and no shoes by a neighbor who was walking his dog.

Four other children were removed from the home and placed in the care of Butler County Children's Services after investigators found the home had no electricity or running water.
