Teacher Facing Charges for Misleading Teen Rape Investigators

STEUBENVILLE, Ohio (WKRC) -- An eastern Ohio judge has set a trial date for a former school official facing charges that he misled investigators looking into the rape of a 16-year-old girl.

Former Steubenville Schools technology director, William Rhinaman, pleaded not guilty to evidence tampering, obstructing justice and perjury.

A grand jury looking into whether other crimes were committed in the rape of the girl indicted Rhinaman.  In march, a judge convicted two Steubenville football players of raping the teenager after an alcohol- fueled party.

Rhinaman's trial is set for February 24th.
