Winton Hills Shooting Victim Goes to Gas Station for Help

CINCINNATI (WKRC) - About 9 p.m. Saturday night, police were called to the Mobil gas station at West Mtichell Avenue and Kessler Avenue in Winton Hills for a report of a shooting victim that had shown up there.

It appears the man was shot on nearby Wuest Street and had managed to make his way to the gas station for help. Officials on the scene say it appears the 35 year-old was shot three times in the back and was also grazed in the neck with a bullet.

Cincinnati Police District 5 is handling the incident. They say the victim's injuries do not appear to be life threatening. It was not immediately clear what led up to the violence.
