Thief robs Sharonville UDF at gunpoint

SHARONVILLE, Ohio (WKRC) -- Sharonville police are trying to identify the robber who held up a UDF at gunpoint.

The thief bought a drink from the UDF on Lebanon Road at 5:20 a.m. on December 13. He left, but came back 20 minutes later. He pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded money.

After getting money from the cash registers, the robber demanded the money from the safe. When the clerk told him the safe was on time lock and wouldn't open for a few more minutes, the thief took the clerk to the back of the store and turned off the lights.

Once the safe was open, the thief took off with the cash. Police say the robber is in his thirties, 5'10" tall with a medium build. As you can see from the picture, he was dressed all in black.
