Students Make Toy Donation to Hospital

FINNEYTOWN, Ohio (Angela Ingram) -- High school cheerleaders raise spirits for children stuck in the hospital over the holidays.

The Finneytown "Sparkle Cats" are partnering with another charity to collect toys for patients in Children's Hospital.  Cheerleaders from all over the region came out Friday to help.

The Sparkle Cats decided to join forces with the charity started by another cheerleader at Children's Hospital who is there for treatment.

The Sparkle Cats will continue collecting toys at Saturday night's game.  Sunday they will take the toy-filled bus to J-Gumbos at Winton and Galbraith from 12p.m. to 4p.m.

The toys will be delivered to Children's Hospital on Monday.
