Court Appearance for Columbia Tusculum Crash

COLUMBIA TUSCULUM, Ohio (WKRC) -- Bond is set Friday at 121,000 dollars for a man accused of leading troopers on a car chase on Columbia Parkway.

27-year-old Rico Maser faces numerous charges after an Ohio State Trooper spotted him speeding Thursday and gave chase.

Maser crashed the Honda Civic he was driving after running a red light at Delta Avenue.  He smashed into two vehicles, sending two people to the hospital.

Local 12 has learned that Maser was due in court Thursday to face charges of OVI and driving under suspension from a traffic stop last week.

He was released from jail on those charges with an OR bond.
