Many Indiana schools delayed by ice-slick roads

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- Dozens of schools districts across Indiana have closed for the day or delayed openings after freezing rain overnight made roads slick.
The school closings or delays reported Monday morning stretched from the Evansville area through much of central Indiana to north of Fort Wayne. Most of those districts cover rural areas.
The National Weather Service issues an advisory late Sunday about the freezing rain in much of Indiana. The freezing rain ended early Monday but officials warned slick conditions could continue.
