Four Arrested in Meth Trafficking Investigation

HAMILTON COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- A total of four people including one major meth trafficker have been arrested.

39-year-old Brian Polly was the target of the meth trafficking investigation by the Butler County Undercover Regional Narcotics (BURN) and Hamilton Police Vice Units over the past several months.

A search warrant was executed at Pollys home Monday around 4p.m.
Both meth and a main ingredient in the production of meth, pseudoephedrine, were discovered in the residence.  It did not appear the meth was being manufactured in the home.

Polly is charged with felony counts of illegal possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, trafficking, and possession of drugs.

J Chancey Dougherty, a 38-year-old from Monroe, was also arrested and charged with a felony count of illegal possession of chemicals for manufacture of drugs.

33-year-old Joshua G. Rhodus from Hamilton is charged with a felony count of possession of drugs.

Thomas B. Fisher, age 39, was not charged in connection with the undercover drug operation but was taking into custody on an outstanding Hamilton County Warrant.
