Man in Court For Public Indecency Charges

BLUE ASH, Ohio (WKRC) -- A judge sets a 50,000 dollar bond for a man accused of exposing himself to two teenage girls in a store.

24-year-old Josiah Day has to stay out of Target stores if he posts bond.  Police say the Columbia Township man exposed himself to girls at the Blue Ash target this past Saturday.

He's charged with public indecency and menacing by stalking.  Day was convicted in May of this year in a similar case in Sharonville.
