Scott Dimmich says blowing snow a problem in Union Twp.

UNION TOWNSHIP, Ohio (Scott Dimmich) -- Between 6:30 a.m. and 7 a.m. Ohio Pike in Clermont County saw wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph Tuesday morning. What was snow on the side of the road has blown into Ohio Pike, slowing down the commute considerably.

Plows and salt trucks are trying to keep the roads clear but they're having a tough time. Blowing and drifting snow are causing all kids of problems, but so far Scott hasn't seen any accidents right there.

Scott also says temperatures dropped about 10 degrees in a half hour, once the snow started to taper off. Definitely give yourself extra time if you have to be out on the roads today.
