CINCINNATI (Liz Bonis) -- You probably know that exercise is good for the body and good for the mind.
This study found women who exercise about five hours a week, about an hour a day during the week, are able to improve body image in a big way. We stopped out at Sensible Fitness to tell you more about it.
Researchers found those who loved their bodies worked out about five hours a week and they felt better, had more confidence, and did have much better body image compared to those who only worked out less than two hours a week.
We know it is good for the physical health of the body, but this study shows its good for the mind as well. It might be really good for body image and help you really enjoy the day and want to get out of bed in the morning.
