Teen Pleads Guilty to Burglary in Murder Case

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) -- Sixteen-year-old Sean Nichols admitted to a charge of burglary.

A judge sentenced him to 30 years in prison and 20 years of probation. Police arrested Nichols, another teen, and 23-year-old Allison Moore last year in the death of 64-year-old Nancy Hershman.

She was shot to death in her home last winter when the trio tried to rob her. As part of his plea deal, Nichols will testify against Moore and the other teen.
