Neighbors Helping Neighbors in the Snow

CINCINNATI (Josh Knight) -- The snow is coming down again Friday!

Darryl Johnson has managed his Price Hill property for several years.  He says this snow hasn't been too bad.

"Yesterday was a little bit worse, today is a little bit better, ahh, but the timing is different!"

Johnson takes care of the sidewalks, but doesn't stop there.

"I'm just helping somebody, just getting this stuff off. I try to do little stuff like that now and then."

Helping each other out was a theme we continued to run into in Price Hill.  David Mason is working in the area Friday, remodeling houses.  But on his breaks, he's not resting.

"Just knocked on his door!" He's finding neighbors in need to, "Give them a little hand so they don't fall and stuff when the go to leave, clean their cars off and stuff, help 'em out."

He says the number of little snows don't bother him.  I reminded him there's more snow in the weekend forecast.

"And I don't mind, you know? To help out the elderly.  I did it for my grandmother when she was alive ... it touches my heart to do it."

Both gentlemen put this snow in perspective as not too bad and just part of Cincinnati life.

"One day you're wearing shorts and the next you're wearing snow gloves and hat and stuff."
