Suspect in SWAT standoff refuses to dress

MOUNT HEALTHY, Ohio (WKRC) -- A local man accused of barricading himself in a home for five hours is due in court Wednesday after a judge postponed a hearing Tuesday.

Brad Portman is charged with inducing panic but refused to get dressed Tuesday at the Hamilton County Justice Center.

A SWAT team talked Portman into surrendering Tuesday afternoon at the Compton Grove Apartments on Clovernook Avenue in Mount Healthy.  Police showed up when he claimed he was armed and had a woman with him.  It turned out he was alone.
