Two surviving children of Indianapolis house fire die in hospital
INDIANAPOLIS (WKRC) -- Two children who initially survived a house fire in Indianapolis that killed two of their siblings and their parents have also died.
An Indianapolis Fire Department spokeswoman says the 14-year-old girl and 6-year-old boy died this afternoon at an Indianapolis hospital.
The fire that swept through their family's small home Saturday night also killed Lionel Guerra, his wife, their 11-year-old son and 8-year-old daughter.
Captain Reith says investigators have not found the cause of the fire or where it started. She also says that the three bedroom home had no working smoke detectors.
