New charges dropped against two bored beating teens

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- Teenage twins, already in custody for the so-called bored beating in North College Hill, were back in court today for their role in another assault.
14-year-old Terrell and Tyree Mizell face charges for the attack at Aiken High School earlier this month.
The boys are already serving a nine month sentence at a treatment facility for their role in a 2012 attack on Pat Mahaney. Prosecutors were not initially aware of their alleged role at the assault at Aiken and wanted the boys re-sentenced and committed to juvenile detention.

Friday, the mother of the victim in the attack at Aiken told the judge she does not want her son to testify. The charges were dropped.

The judge wasn't happy. She told them if they mess up they're going to jail where they will be "mincemeat".
