Extra Week Considered for Education Testing

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- Ohio education leaders say they're considering giving schools more time to administer state achievement tests this spring.

That's because students have missed so many days because of bad weather.  State workers are considering adding another week to a three-week window that schools have to administer the tests for students in third to eighth grades.

Schools can currently give the tests between April 21st and May 9th.
