Bullet found at Taylor High School

CLEVES, Ohio (WKRC) -- Three Rivers Schools now says a bullet found in a bathroom at Taylor High School is what led to the lockdown on Thursday. School officials originally told Local 12 there was only a fire alarm.

Three Rivers says officials called for the lock down and called police at about 10:30. At about the same time, a heat sensor near the kitchen set off the fire alarm. The campus was evacuated. Due to the cold, the elementary students were brought to Charles T. Young and secondary students were loaded onto buses at the bus garage.

Both police and the Miami Township Fire Department inspected the campus. They found no threat or fire. Students were then brought back to campus. No word how the bullet may have ended up in the bathroom.
