Cincinnat bond rating downgraded

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- It could soon be harder for the city of Cincinnati to borrow money.

Standard and Poor's has downgraded the city of Cincinnati's bond rating.
However, because the city appears to have a plan to resolve the pension shortfall, S & P has upgraded the city's overall review from negative to stable.

And, the other ratings agency, Moody's, will leave the bond rating unchanged.
