Police shut down drug trafficking operation in Clifton

CLIFTON, Ohio (WKRC) -- One man is under arrest after Cincinnati police say they shut down a large heroin trafficking operation near UC.

Officers arrested 51-year old David Martin on charges of trafficking  drugs, possession of drugs and gun charges.

Investigators executed a search warrant at Martin's home on West McMicken near Riddle Road in University Heights.

Police say they found six and a half ounces of heroin, digital scales, packaging materials and two guns, one of which was stolen.
