EPA begins oil spill clean up of Oak Glen Nature Preserve

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (Scott Dimmich) -- Even while the investigation begins into what caused the oil pipeline spill at Oak Glen Nature Preserve, the big job of cleaning up all that oil gets into high gear.

It will take an around-the-clock effort to get the oil out of the ground.  Big equipment and elbow grease will both be needed to get the job done successfully.  The EPA says it already has a plan.

Officials say Colerain Township fire crews have made plenty of preparations for this kind of environment problem because the Rumpke landfill is also in the township.
