Pa. woman arrested after driving school bus drunk

BENTON, Pa. (WKRC) -- A woman is facing charges after allegedly driving drunk with a school bus full of children in Benton, Pennsylvania Friday afternoon.

Police say the driver, Jennifer Watson, denies drinking, but blames the incident on gin soaked raisins she eats to deal with headaches.

School officials say Watson got confused, spun the bus around and started driving her morning route, bringing the children back to school.

The children told authorities she was yelling, cursing and swerving as she drove.

Police were at the school as she arrived. Charges are expected to come Monday.
