Repeat drunk driver sentenced for the tenth time

CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- A local man caught driving drunk repeatedly gets sentenced to four years in prison.
Thursday was the tenth alcohol-related conviction for Timothy Walker.  There was a 15 year gap between the Batavia man's ninth and tenth offenses.
Police arrested him most recently in September.  Only Local 12 News was in the courtroom in Clermont County for Thursday's hearing during which the judge shared his frustrations with Walker.

"You have to use your brain and say to yourself nothing good happens to me when I drink, it doesn't.  I'll bet everything on your record has something to do with substance, with alcohol.  Fair? Yeah," the judge said.

The judge also ordered Walker to pay a 1,500 dollar fine and suspended his driver's license for 20 years.
