Dayton trying to handle feral cat problem

DAYTON, Ohio (WKRC) -- The city of Dayton is trying to get a handle on its feral cat program.

There are an estimated 9,500 free-roaming cats in the city, and breeding season is approaching.

The city is using grant money to catch cats, spay and neuter them and then return them to the neighborhoods they inhabit.
