Bengals player charged in road rage incident
BEREA, Ky. (WKRC) -- The man involved in a road rage incident with a Bengals player tells his side of the story.
James Davis says he was headed home Monday evening on I-75 near Berea. Davis says another driver came up behind him following right on his bumper, then swerved and almost hit him. He then saw the driver reaching for a gun in the glove box.
Davis says the man pointed the gun at him several times then stopped in the middle of the interstate to wait for him. As police later learned, the driver was Orson Charles, a third year fullback for the Bengals.
"I was like 'Really?' for someone to make all this money, have all of this talent and skill, to just throw it away; it's stupidity," Davis said.
Davis says he didn't know who Charles is but after learning he plays for the Bengals, he says it's even more important he be held accountable for his actions.
