Second trial for man accused of Christmas murder begins

WESTWOOD, Ohio (WKRC) -- Jury selection gets underway Monday in the second trial of a local man accused in a Christmas day killing.
Byron Frazier suffered a concussion when a fight broke out during his murder trial this past fall.  Because Frazier suffered short term memory loss, the judge declared a mistrial.  A doctor cleared him for a new trial.

Frazier is accused of killing Kyila Shields on Christmas in 2012.  He's also charged with shooting another person who survived.
