Horseshoe Casino to host Championship Fight Night

CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- Horseshoe Cincinnati announces it's hosting its first boxing championship. Championship Fight Night will be held on May 29.

The one-night event at the Horseshoe's Pavilion will feature three World Boxing Council United States Title defenses by local champions.  Three-time world champion Adrien "The Problem" Broner and Boxing Hall of Fame inductee Aaron Pryor Senior will host.

In the main event, Brandon "Untouchable" Bennett will defend his super featherweight title for the first time since he won it last November. Aaron Pryor Jr., son of  Aaron "The Hawk" Pryor, will try to defend his super middleweight title. The third title fight features William "Action" Jackson defending his welterweight belt.

The stacked undercard features bouts by native Cincinnatians David Long, Mel Crossty, DeVonte Allen, Danny Calhoun, and top undefeated prospects Anthony Sims and Raynell Williams.

Tickets go on sale April 30.
