Squatter indicted for stolen identity

MASON, Ohio (WKRC) -- A tri-state man who just got out of prison for breaking and entering and fraud is in trouble for it again.
Jeffrey Gilmore is accused of breaking into a vacant home in Mason and either selling or throwing out the victim's property.
The prosecutor says Gilmore then used someone else's identity to get cable and cell phone service and also hired a plumber for which he did not pay.  The Mason man faces charges of burglary, theft and identity fraud.
