Drug dealer admits to killing La Salle student

NORTH FAIRMOUNT, Ohio (WKRC) -- Thirteen months after a drug dealer shot a local high school student to death, the man who killed him admits his crime.

21-year-old Dierres Lee of Westwood pleaded guilty Tuesday to manslaughter.  A judge sentenced him to 12 years in prison.  As part of the plea agreement, the prosecutor dropped murder and assault charges.
La Salle High School senior, Justin Brown, and three friends drove to Carll Street in North Fairmount to buy marijuana from Lee in February of 2013.  They tried to pay him using fake money.  Lee shot into their car as they drove away.  He hit Brown in the neck.
