Police levy passes by one single vote

CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- A police levy passes in Bethel by one single vote.

84 people voted for it and 83 against it.  But two provisional ballots were also cast and that could change the outcome.  Provisional ballots are counted 10 days after an election and are cast by voters who failed to update their registrations.

The Bethel levy will raise taxes for everyone in the village with the money going to Clermont County to pay the village's 911 fees.
