Family gathers to remember loved one lost to gun violence

GLENDALE, Ohio (WKRC) -- A local family gathered Saturday to remember the birthday of a loved one killed by gun violence.

There was a vigil for 28 year-old James Christopher yesterday at Landmark Cemetery in Glendale.

Christopher was buried there after being shot and killed in West Price Hill back in 2011.

He would have turned 33 Saturday.

His mother, Faith Railey, says it's an annual event to remind everyone a killer is still out there.

"We do this every year. Until we find who did this, I'll keep doing it," she says.

Christopher's case remains unsolved.

If you have information that could help police, call Crime Stoppers at 352-3040.
