Racist fliers found in Middletown after arson

MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (Larry Davis) -- People in one Middletown neighborhood find racist fliers on car windshields and utility poles. They stem from a recent fire.
On May 13, a Jennifer Chitwood's home on Roosevelt was set on fire. She and her children weren't home at the time. They had left after they say they were targeted by some neighborhood kids. One teen is charged in connection tot he arson.

The fliers are by someone calling themselves the White Guard. It references a white woman driven from her home. The flier says it's time to "be a man and fight back".

Chitwood says the kids who she's had trouble with are both black and white. Neighbors are outraged. They say blacks and whites are equally upset by the fliers.

Middletown Police says the fliers are not illegal and they won't comment further.
