Crews find missing teen

UPDATE:  The boy has been found.

According to police, the boy had an argument with his parents and took off into the woods.  Once he saw the Kenton County police cars searching for him he got scared and stayed hiding.

He was found around 11:30p.m. Wednesday night.  Police tell Local 12 News to boy has been grounded.  He also got a stern "talking to" from police and his parents.

MORNINGVIEW, Ky. (Angenette Levy) - Search crews are out looking for a teenager who vanished Wednesday afternoon.

Kenton County Police are looking for a 14-year-old male.  Local 12's Angenette Levy was told by officials the boy does not have any special needs.  He left his home around 6:45 Wednesday night and has not been seen since.

Police officers are fanning out across the area where the boy was last seen.  A call was made to use inferred cameras to help in the search for the teen. 

Local 12 News was asked not to go back to the search area because police believe they may be bringing in a dog to help search.  We will update you with the latest information as soon as it becomes available.
